XO-GLAZED CHICKEN WITH CHINESE BROCCOLI
Serves 4 Preparation time 20 minutes, plus marinating Cooking time 25-30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp XO sauce
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 400g/14oz Chinese broccoli or pak choi
To garnish
• Togarashi 7 spice blend
• 50g/2oz roasted cashews, crushed
