From close encounters with giraffes to being greeted by gorillas in their natural habitat, Victoria Aspinall has the air of someone who has spent her entire life surrounded by wild animals.
However, the truth is very different; Victoria only started down her extraordinary path five years ago, after a dinner party at which she met her conservationist husband Damian.
