WATCH: Civil Rights Icon John Lewis Honored At Capitol Hill Ceremony

The late Georgia congressman's body will lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda. A public viewing for the "conscience of the Congress" will be held outside due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

John Lewis, the civil rights icon and late congressman from Georgia who represented Atlanta for more than three decades, is being honored during his final visit to the U.S. Capitol on Monday.

It's part of a two-day farewell for Lewis,the last surviving speaker from the 1963 March on." He died July 17 after battling pancreatic cancer. He was 80.
