WHAT’S IN MY PACK?

HIKING equipment is an obsession of mine. Ever since carrying a 20kg pack full of inappropriate or poorly researched equipment on my Bibbulmun Track through-hike in 2016, I vowed to never make that mistake again, and to try and help others from making them too! To do this I have created my channel ‘Beck Treks Australia’ on Youtube to share my experiences and give advice about what I have learnt. Most recently you can check out my experience on the Overland Track and Great South West Walk, along with various equipment ideas and suggestions! My next big hike I will be taking this equipment on is the Heysen Trail in South Australia.
