Walking into the church, I scanned around for a place to sit.
At a friend’s wedding, my husband Jake, 27, and I had made it just in time, and the place was packed.
‘There’s some room just over there next to your sister,’ Jake said, pointing.
‘No, I’m not sitting next to her,’ I frowned.
‘Why? What’s happened now?’ Jake asked, rolling his eyes.
‘We had a row over a nail appointment,’ I said.
‘I know it’s silly, but she just winds me up so much.’
