    MAKES 8 QUARTER-SIZE BAGELS

    YOU'LL NEED...

    • 2 bagels, cut in half and lightly toasted
    • 4 tbsp wasabi mayonnaise – can be bought from www. the thewasabicompany.co.uk
    • 200g rare roast beef (cooked to taste), thinly sliced
    • Good handful of watercress

    HOW TO DO IT…

    1. Spread the toasted bagels with wasabi mayo. Layer on the slices
