SPICY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN WINGS WITH SWEET POTATO WEDGES, CORIANDER AND LIME YOGURT

For a summery, outdoor lunch or match-night snack, you’d be hard-pressed to find a wings. Serve with a glass of something chilled. better option than these sticky, spicy chicken

SERVES 4

800g (1¾lb) free-range chicken wings
800g (1¾lb) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2½cm wedges
2tsp chipotle chilli flakes
1tsp smoked paprika
1tbsp dark brown sugar
3tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
