Kate Garraway is deep in thought as she strolls around her idyllic garden, taking in the sights and scents of the burgeoning fruit, flowers and vegetables that she and her children, Darcey, 14, and Billy, 11 this month, have so lovingly nurtured during the most traumatic period of their lives.
