Any Mars retrograde period can be challenging because the nature of the fiery planet is to move forward, and fast! While Mars is retrograde, you tend to stifle anger or frustration and may be much harder on yourself than on others. You look inward for answers, and if you don’t find them you may blame yourself. Because these things can cause stress or even health problems, you should schedule a daily time for relaxation. Meditation, yoga, reading, or listening to soothing music may help to alleviate stress. When Mars finally resumes direct motion on November 13, you can move forward with your plans.
