CHILD’S PLAY

THE BOSS of a company needed to call one of his employees about an urgent problem with the company computer system. He dialled the employee’s home phone number and was greeted by a child’s voice whispering: “Hello?”

“Hello, is your daddy home?” the boss asked.

“Yes,” whispered the small voice.

“May I talk with him?” the man asked. The small voice whispered: “No.”

Surprised by the response, the boss asked: “Well, is your mummy there?”

“Yes,” came the answer.
