CARIN’S SOCKS AND FLOWERS

ur little family – my husband and I, and our dog Thandi – chose to spend the lockdown with my parents in Langebaan. Along with the extension of the lockdown came cooler autumn weather – and the realisation that we hadn’t packed nearly enough warm clothes. So out came the knitting needles and the few little bits of wool I had left over after finishing Every time I wear these socks in future I’ll be reminded of these strange times.
