    For his 17th studio album, US singer, songwriter and producer has emerged from his ambient phase to revisit his upbeat, dance style format notable on his late ’90s music and 2008’s . It’s almost all originals, with regular participant Mindy Jones taking lead vocals on ‘My Only Love’, a soaring cover of the Roxy Music track from 1980. Former American Idol finalist Apollo Jane adds background vocals to the uplifting opening track ‘Morningside’, then backs Moby as he takes the lead on ‘One Last Time’, a swirling ambient-rock type track. Dead Kennedys’ drummer D. H. Peligro and rapper Boogie bring an industrial sound to ‘Power Is Taken’, a thumping combination to animal and human rights charities.
