You may recognise Beanie Feldstein as the ‘lovable best friend’ from many movies – after all, playing a film lead’s right-hand woman is how the young star built a name for herself, most notably in Greta Gerwig’s 2017, Oscar-nominated film Lady Bird.

But now, the fresh-faced 26-year-old is about to hit the big time after landing the leading role in , the much-anticipated adaptation of British writer Caitlin.
