Trawler Tragedy Prompts AMSA Lifejacket Warning

The death of a 48-year-old seafarer fallen overboard from fishing trawler this May in the Sunshine Coast has prompted the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to remind commercial vessel operators and crew to wear lifejackets while working on deck.
