CAVIAR LIME

Finger limes are endemic to Australia’s east coast, particularly around northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland, where the plants are also grown commercially.

Six species of citrus are native to Australia but it is Citrus australasica, the finger lime, that has been developed into a delicious fruit for both gardens and horticultural producers.
