Easy peasy soup

Tuck into a wholesome bowl of comfort with this broccoli and pea recipe

SERVES 4 Prepare ½ cup McKenzie’s Green Split Peas following packet directions. Cut 1½ broccoli heads (440g) into florets and chop stems. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped brown onion and cook for 5 mins until softened. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30 secs.
