Russia is now reporting more confirmed cases of COVID-19 than any country except the U.S, after a surge in cases vaulted it past both Spain and the U.K. In another new development, President Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov has confirmed he's being treated for COVID-19.
