Materials
• 1.4m (1⅝yd) each of two cream tone-on-tone print fabrics (applique block backgrounds)
• 1.1m (1¼yd) teal tone-on-tone print fabric #1 (Border 2 and binding)
• 90cm (1yd) brown floral print fabric (Border 2)
• 50cm (⅝yd) each of two pink print fabrics (applique and Border 2)
• 50cm (⅝yd) teal tone-on-tone print fabric #2 (applique)
• 40cm (½yd) raspberry spot print fabric (applique)
• 40cm (½yd) each of a teal spot and a green print fabric (applique)
• 40cm (.yd) each of two light khaki print fabrics (borders)
• 30cm (⅜yd) each of one raspberry print and teal tone-on-tone print fabric #3 (applique)
• 4.3m (4¾yd) backing fabric
• Fat eighth each of one salmon print and one teal print fabric (applique)
• Batting at least 215cm (83in) square
• Fusible web
• Stranded embroidery floss to match the applique fabrics
• Rotary cutter, ruler and mat
• Sewing machine with ¼in foot
• General sewing supplies
Cutting
From each of the two cream tone-on-tone print fabric, cut:
