Kate Beckinsale is no stranger to enthusiastic fans, but last week the terrified actress allegedly came face-to-face with one who took it to the next level and turned up on her doorstep in Los Angeles.
Police were called to her Brentwood mansion and were spotted scouring the property for evidence, inspecting a backpack and reportedly speaking to an unknown suspect.
The 46-year-old star, who has been posting lockdown love-in photos with her toyboy rocker Goody Grace, 22, is a heroine to many fans for her role in the cult Underworld films. However, friends say she “lives in fear 24/7/365 days a year” because of her ongoing problems with stalkers.
“I’ve done three films dressed head to toe in latex, so don’t think I haven’t had my share of nutters,” she said in 2013. In 2017, a man was arrested at Comic Con for threatening to stab her.
