Popstar Katy Perry has picked none other than actress Jennifer Aniston to be the godmother of her first child!
While the news may be surprising to some, a source says Katy and Jen, 51, have a very close thing – or rather person – in common.
“Jen and Katy have been in similar circles over the years, but a little-known fact is that Jen was super close with Orlando post-divorce from Brad,” our source reveals.
“They used to vacation in Mexico together and were always very coy on whether they hooked up.”
While Katy, 35, has been known to be somewhat territorial over 43-year-old Orlando, our insider says she’s thrilled one of her husband-to-be’s good friends can help raise their child.
