Because this month’s eclipse occurs in Earth-sign Capricorn, you may become more conservative in your thinking, more security-conscious, and more aware of financial matters. Physical appetites may become stronger as well. Your attitude toward work, career, spending, or responsibility may change.
It’s always important when a major planet moves from one sign to another. On the first day of July, retrograde action takes Saturn back from Aquarius into Capricorn. After that, people or events linked to the area of your life associated with Capricorn may test your patience or stamina. You may be challenged by new duties, obligations, problems or restrictions.
Mercury is retrograde until July 12, so errors and misunderstandings can easily occur. Be sure to examine all documents for possible mistakes or omissions. Since Jupiter is retrograde all month, this means you can’t expect to get much help from other people. They will be busy seeing to their own needs. Communication and concentration should become easier after Mercury resumes direct motion on July 12.
