Anyone who grew up with a factory-style air cleaner on a carbureted car knows what I’m talking about. I remember the enlightening moment when a friend imparted the knowledge upon me as a lad. We were looking under the hood of my 1986 Chevrolet Caprice when he advised me to flip the air cleaner lid
