MATERIALS

• 65cm ( 3/4yd) solid cream fabric (Kona Natural) (stripes)

• 40cm ( 1/2yd) solid black fabric (Kona Black) (stripes)

• 4.2m (4 3/4yd) solid khaki fabric (Kona Limestone) (background)

• 45cm ( 1/2yd) each of seven solid fabrics. Heather used dark grey (Kona Charcoal), yellow (Kona Bright Idea), light aqua (Kona Sea Glass), pink (Kona Candy Pink), teal (Kona Sage), orange (Kona Tangerine) and scarlet (Kona Punch) (arc units)

• 1m (1 1/8yd) light orange (Kona Papaya) (arc units and binding)

• 4.7m (5 1/4yd) backing fabric

• Batting at least 225 x 200cm (92 x 78in)

• Sewing machine with 1/4in foot

• Template plastic and fine-point permanent-marking pen or 2B pencil

• Rotary cutter, ruler, and mat

• General sewing supplies

Finished size:

213.5 x 178cm (84 x 70in)

Finished block size:

7 x 14in
