Dandelion Wishes

Jenny designed this quilt to showcase the fabric range Dandi Annie by Robin Pickens for Moda, using the Beach and Boots block. She has added sashings between the blocks and turned each block 180 degrees to each other to give the effect of up and down rows. However, if you place the blocks against each other, all facing the same direction, you will achieve a chevron effect with an interesting sub pattern made by the smaller triangles.

The simple classic geometric block offsets the colours and patterns within the fabric range. This block is also called and Watered Ribbon and Border.
