Rhythm Paradise Megamix

Developer/publisher Nintendo (SPD) Format 3DS Release 2015

Trust Nintendo to distil the rhythm-action game – the videogame itself, even – to its purest form. Many of’s best minigames require nothing more than a single button: your job is to press it in time with the beat as closely as you can. Others require hold-and-release techniques, some extend to a second button, but the mantra here is simplicity. When you don’t have to think about the controls, you can focus on the beat – and on hitting it with perfect timing.
