    English indie rock band Circa Waves has produced a batch of light and breezy pop-rock pieces for their fourth album . As the title suggests, the 14 tracks are split evenly between “happy” and “sad”. However, even on the down-and-out ‘Battered & Bruised’, this quartet sounds anything but melancholy.
