As I started to read () I was further thrilled to see that one of my heroes, John Christensen, co-founder of the Tax Justice Network, had a piece in it. But when I turned to that page, my stomach jumped as I saw what looked to me, undeniably, like a cartoon of a Hasidic Jew representing the reprehensible banker pillaging the world.
