NATURE’S larder

Foraging is having a ‘moment.’ Wild mushrooms, wild berries, even wild seaweed, regularly appear on the menus in hip joints – and increasingly, in our own homes. It’s something we can all do – get out into nature, or even our garden, and look for the food that Mother Nature has obligingly provided for us. You’ll be surprised at what you can find to eat.

Not just to eat, either – here, we’ve included three recipes from award-winning gardener and cocktail maker Lottie Muir. They use seasonal spring ingredients and what could be nicer than sipping a delicious, foraged drink in your garden on a sunny June day?

Of course, the best part about foraging is – it doesn’t cost a thing!
