Chester, Vermont’s Unusual Bank History

This month I am excited to take you to the far north of New England, an area that I have not previously covered in all the years that I have written this column. Once again, an addition to my collection has motivated me to examine a new town, one that I hope you will enjoy. So, let’s journey to classic small town Vermont.
