GEORGE BEGG CLASSIC SPEEDFEST 2020

What a month of pure petrolhead nostalgia we have had in the deep south!

It kicked off with the four days of the Burt Munro Challenge, taking in a range of events for more than 2000 bike enthusiasts to enjoy and during which a New Zealand air-speed record was set. Then we had the first George Begg Classic Speedfest, complemented by the launch of a new permanent exhibition celebrating the life and works and the racing cars of Southlander George Begg, housed at Classic Motorcycle Mecca.
