POTATO GRATIN BAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 2½ cups whipping cream
• ¾cup finely chopped onions
• 2teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
• 2teaspoons salt
• ¾teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1kg potatoes, peeled, cut into 5mm-thick rounds
• 2cups grated white Cheddar
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 190˚C. Grease a large glass baking dish with butter. In a medium bowl, whisk cream, and then blend in onions, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place half of the potatoes in a prepared baking dish, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with ¾ cup of the cheese. Top with second layer of potatoes. Pour over cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil, and bake for 1
