Unwind in the winelands
When you gaze at all the vineyards and orchards in the Breede River Valley, you realise why this region is known as the fruit basket of the Western Cape.
The smaller Slanghoek Valley on the Cape side of Worcester is also here, and it is truly picturesque with its mountains, blue sky and all the greenery.
Right at the top of the Slanghoek Valley is the farm Moreson with its chardonnay and chenin blanc grapes. The Breede River forms the northern boundary of the farm, and this is where you come to take a break..
