Roasted Almond and Honey Fudge Tart
Serves 8 to 10, Prep and Cook: 45 mins
250g packet Butternut Snap Cookie
1 tsp ground cinnamon
75g unsalted butter, melted
300ml tub thickened cream
50g Violet Crumble bar, chopped
FILLING
½ cup honey
100g unsalted butter, chopped ²/ ³ cup thickened cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
²/ ³ cup roasted almonds (100g), chopped
Lightly grease a 24cm round x 3cm
