elbourne-born actor Charlotte Nicdao was no stranger to fame when a prank video of her crashing her car mid-live-stream went nuclear on Twitter in late 2019. Within the week it had been seen by more than four million people worldwide, most of whom had no clue the clip was taken from the first episode of an ABC web, parodying the life and disasters of a neurotic influencer called Lucy. The comments from folks thinking irresponsible ‘Lucy’ was real were brutal.
