CHAINSAW MAINTENANCE
If we plan to spend trouble-free time on the road, we need to service our tow-tugs regularly, both to ensure longevity and to avoid being stranded on a remote back road. It’s the same story with our caravans. Whether we’re tinkering with them in the shed, or having them dealt with by a registered mechanic, a little bit of preventative maintenance goes a long way.
The same goes for many other bits of kit that we rely on when we’re away. Consider for a moment the sheer volume of mechanical, electrical and other gear we reach for when we’re travelling. While some may be ‘set-andforget’, others require routine maintenance.
One of these campsite staples is ‘The Little Engine that Could’ that many of us keep tucked away in the storage box on our A-frame; I’m talking here about chainsaws.
