CHRIS HEMSWORTH BEAR HUG SENDS FANS WILD
For fans of Chris Hemsworth, the sight of the actor cuddling a koala was almost too cute to bear. Down Under for some downtime with his wife Elsa Pataky (together, below right) and their three children, the Thor star was visiting charity Friends of the Koala’s care and rehabilitation centre in New South Wales when he was snapped with the baby animal.
While a bear hug with one of Hollywood’s hottest properties might be top of many people’s list, the mini marsupial only had eyes for one thing: the koala soft toy in its paws.
Posting the photo on Instagram, Chris gave the organisation a massive thumbs-up, adding: “Fantastic… seeing first hand the incredible work and commitment to conserving koalas and preserving and enhancing their habitat. Non profit community group run by volunteers. Rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing.”
It wasn’t the first time Chris had done his bit to help his native country’s wildlife. In January, he put his
