Chef and proud Yorkshireman James Martin has had a love of food since he was a child. “My passion for food began when my father took the role of catering manager at the Castle Howard estate,” he has said.
Today, he is one of the biggest supporters of the British food scene. Here, HELLO! catches up with James as he shares tales – and – from his latest recipes culinary journey, which saw him travel to the very edges of Britain to meet producers and chefs and celebrate the nation’s wealth of culinary offerings.
