Four culinary stars from one of the metro’s most luxe hotels collaborated for an exclusive, byinvitation-only gastronomic affair that stimulated the five senses from start to finish. Select guests savoured an exceptional feast dubbed” served right at the kitchen of Makati Shangri-La, Manila. The degustacion dinner featured the creations of the hotel’s master chefs—the executive Japanese chef Wataru Hikawa, the Chinese sous chef Lam Ling Kui, the executive sous chef Gilles Galli, and the executive pastry chef Romain Renard. Their countries of origin inspired the dishes in the exceptional menu.
