I hesitate to truly recommend America's Next Top Model, because it is not good. But what I can promise is very low stakes. Rarely has the show resulted in a major career for anyone, so win or lose, mostly they're there to participate in the show itself. And while I might not be able to relate to living on a desert island, I can relate to not liking a picture of yourself or being in distress over a terrible haircut.
