FISHING THE NATATORIUM
he Waikiki Natatorium was one of my favorite destinations while growing up in the late 1940s. The war memorial structure, built in 1927, was a 100-meter saltwater swimming pool with a diving platform 10 meters high, with four levels and a water slide for the youngsters.
