PARA-TRAPTASTIC!

British shooting has some remarkable talent in the para shooting events, who rarely get the attention they deserve – people like Allan Ritchie, one of our most recent success stories from Scotland. Allan got into shooting as a mature shooter after a long period of working abroad in the oil industry, but in 2012, with a firm UK base he decided to give the sport a try. He met up with some new friends at Auchterhouse Country Sports, Dundee, who took him under their wing.

Allan loved all aspects of shooting, but felt strongest in the Trap disciplines, managing to shoot a 294/300 within a very short time, as well as being able to shoot low 90’s at Skeet
