As always: lots of good things in Issue 61 of ! I really like Rachel Khoo’s approach to food, so the Scandi recipes in were a real treat and a great ‘taste’ of nice things. These recipes really are unusual – and yet fairly simple to make and they will be wholesome to eat. But the little chestnut of truth on the last page of the magazine is the ‘Good Thought’ I’d most like to share with all social media users: “If you can’t say it to someone’s face, don’t say it online.” Applying that kindly philosophy would save a lot of unnecessary pain!
