    Slam and I go back a long way. My first interaction with the mag was as a little skate rat, religiously buying every issue to see what was going on in the world of Aussie skateboarding. Back then, there were no iPhones and no Instagram, so skate mags and VHS tapes were the most direct link to the skate world. These were what you might call ‘the good old days’.
