TWENTY-SEVEN-YEAR-OLD law student Zandile Mnisi was prepared for her baby. She was as studious about her pregnancy and giving birth as she was about her degree. As soon as she knew she was expecting, she started taking all the necessary vitamins, changed the way she ate, researched baby-safe exercise for expectant women and planned on giving birth vaginally at a midwifery clinic.
