One Sunday afternoon, we took a thirty-minute chopper ride to the farm with Raj Piku Uttamchandani, Director of the Farm at San Benito with his lovely wife Nadia, to attend the much-awaited opening of the new restaurant at the farm, Pesce.
Not everyone was created vegan. Not everyone can survive more than a day without meat, be it chicken or fish. Many have been asking for more variety in terms of food at the farm. Now, all their prayers have been answered
