The base ASX 110kW 2.0-litre petrol/five-speed manual front-wheel-drive LS is $25,000. With a continuously variable automatic (CVT) transmission it’s $27,000, while in XLS specification it’s $31,500.

The 110kW 2.2-litre turbodiesel all-wheel-drive LS, with a six-speed automatic, is $32,500. XLS is $37,000.

The ASX is also available as the Peugeot 4008. They are built on the same production line in Japan
