CHOCOLATE MUD CAKE INGREDIENTS

(makes one 8inch round cake)

• 220ml canola oil
• 200g dark chocolate
• 160ml full cream milk
• 125g self raising flour
• 125g plain flour
• 50g cocoa powder
• ½ teaspoon bi carb soda
• 400g caster sugar
• 4 eggs (lightly beaten)
• 100ml buttermilk

GANACHE INGREDIENTS

For an 8 inch round cake

• 533g Good quality chocolate
• 267ml double cream
