Purr-fect Friend

BY CINDY GILFILLAN

METHOD

1 Round the top and bottom corners of a top fold white card, 21.2cm x 11cm, as shown.

2 Stamp Purr-fect Friend sentiment on a 2.5cm strip of taupe card, paper prick the top edge, join the dots with a taupe marker to create faux stitching and layer at the bottom of the card with double sided tape, trimming excess.

3 Trim a 2cm strip of taupe card, paper prick one long edge, join the dots with a taupe marker and layer at the top of the card, trimming excess.

4 Stamp the sitting cat, a bird and a flower from ‘You’re the Purr-Fect Friend’ set on smooth white card with black ink, colour with markers, fussy cut and position on the card as shown. Stamp 2 hearts on the card with Crumb cake ink.

5 Die cut an oval handle, 10.7cm and 7cm nested together, and trim to 8cm.
