Hardhat was founded in 2005 by Dan Monheit and Justin Kabbani. The independent creative agency, based in Prahran, Melbourne, with 40 staff, helps brands capitalise on the how, when, where, what and why of human behaviour. Clients include Bupa, Tigerair, Lion Dairy & Drinks, Deakin University and Tennis Australia.

The office why

When we were designing our new office we wanted to consider three things:

1 CREATIVITY. The first thing is that the office needed to support and facilitate creativity. One of the best ways when it comes to helping creative people be more creative is to heighten the sense of fun, but also through great functional spaces. We did this right from the entrance.
