Young deer given the schnitzel treatment
A favourite venison dish that we enjoy is prepared with slices of flattened meat from a young deer in the traditional schnitzel style. From time to time we would have guests over for dinner and not all of them were venison savvy when it came to dining on deer meat. The Bambi Syndrome has a fair bit to answer for in this regard.
